We tried for many years to create a set membership but always struggled to find the right balance
The reason
Your skin is completely unique and no two people need the exact same routine or treatment plan. So, it felt impossible to create a membership that would work for everyone
Instead we have created a bespoke membership option
Following your skin analysis and consultation, we work with you to set your skin goals
From here your personalised plan is created using over 18 years of skin therapy experience
Your plan includes your full home care routine and clinical treatments for the next 6 months
Once created we request an initial deposit
You receive your incredible treatments to use at home
And then you can spread the cost of your plan over 6 monthly instalments
How do I pay?
Your initial deposit payment will be collected by Monzo payment link
For your remaining payments, we use GoCardless
When can I have a treatment
We will plan your treatments to commence following your first direct debit payment
You will then visit the clinic every 2-4 weeks depending on your skin concerns
What happens if I run out of home care?
Your initial home care will last 3-5 months. As you need to restock you will have access to Alumiermd Shopping portal so you can repurchase your products in the future.
